You need to read the first part of "The New Evidence that Demands a Verdict" by Josh McDowell. He provides scientific, historic, archeologic, etc. facts about the history, accuracy, and reliability of the Bible. You should also refer to Lee Strobel's "Case for Christ" and "Case for Faith".

Yeah sorry dude, but asking for scientific proof for the bible is like asking for nutritional information for coco-pops. It's there, but it's bullcrap.
