Yes, they do, and people ALSO ask seeming insincere questions just to trash atheists such as asking atheists why they haven't murdered their parents etc.
Drat, a short time ago someone asked Atheists that had been raised in Christian homes, why they didn't pull a "Lizzie Borden" on their parents. (Lizzie murdered her parents with an ax) Looks like "Grandma" (her screen name) either got reported or got embarassed and removed her own question.
But if you look, you will see there is disrepect on BOTH sides.

To mock JUST Christians, no.
JUST to mock? -- yeah...
"Seemingly sincere questions" --like this one? ROFL! I agree about Vishal. Good stuff, Lola, and i'd say You fit with the "clever."

Yes. Some do.
Some make it very obvious:
Example #1 "Did Jaysus ever go poo poo and pee pee?"
Some make it less obvious:
Example #2 "Did Jesus go poopy and pee pee?"
Some make it as if they are serious:
Example #3 "Did Jesus ever go to the bathroom like the rest of us?"
See how the obvious is immature and Jesus name spelled wrong and sounds like a 3 year old asked? Then as it gets less obvious it gets less immature sounding and Jesus name spelled right and instead of poopy and pee it goes to "go to the bathroom"?
Very few actually want to be open minded and learn from Christians. Most have judged us delusional and stupid BEFORE getting to know us. They have closed their minds who claim to be open-minded.

Yes, people like to make fun of Christianity, being sarcastic and treating it as they would, the ancient religion of the Greeks and Romans.

Yeah, and vice-versa, e.g. the "Why are there still monkeys" question. Nobody is really that stupid. At least, such is my irrational faith in mankind that I can't believe anybody is that stupid.
I'd go as far as to say that MOST "questions" on this forum are really just statements of opinion in the form of questions, generally phrased so as to mock at alternative opinions.

Why? Christians are asking seemingly sincere questions that do just fine to mock Christians.

If you've been on this answer board for five minutes, you would know the answer to that. Yes. But then again, it goes both ways.

Many people out there just like to that because they are the time who see happiness in rubbing salt on the wound....
Don't bother about them.
