Nothing. No product can make your hair grow faster.
The only thing that can help make your hair grow at its full potential is to ensure your hair is healthy. Trim the ends regularly so you don't get split ends and breaks. Don't over use product or dyes.
And yah, at 10 you shouldn't be worried about this anyways!

well make sure that your hair is healthy and clean all the time because your hair will not grow as fast if it is dirty or untamed

artificial products will not help you. You can use natural products obtained from forest trees.But if that doesn't work i would suggest garnier products.
