1. I am offended by "Happy Holidays" The only phrase that should be offered from Thanksgiving to New Years is "Merry Christmas" and NO OTHER.
2. I am offend by "Merry Christmas". This phrase is offensive and exclusive to people who do not celebrate Christmas.
3. I am not offended by either phrase.
4. I am not offended by either phrase, but I am offended by people who are offended by either phrase, and raise such a big stink over it. They need to get a life !

Adam - When were your forced to say "Happy Holidays" ?
Benvanji - Sorry if my bias showed through, I am exasperated with the phoney "War on Christmas", and how blithely many seem to accept journalistic LIES in this regard. I realize that the phrasing in my answers 1-4 might not capture everybody's sentiments, which is why I added #5.
Also, I guess I am more "annoyed" than offended as another answerer suggested.
Thanks to all for answering !

So many good answers, that I'm going to let the community vote for the best answer.
Very heartening to see very, very, few 1 & 2s.
Just as I suspected, the talking heads that invented the war on Christmas, just made it up out of whole cloth. Most people DON'T CARE !
