Most, i fear, will as they love sin more than Him who died for them and rose again. But not all will sin away their day of grace and die in their sins to their eternal torment, but some will repent, i pray.

(Rev 9:21) "Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts."

(Rev 16:11) "And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds."

(Rev 11:13) "And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven."

But we must also repent from that which God convicts us of,

(1 Pet 4:17-19) "For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? {18} And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? {19} Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator."

Terrance: Man has free will.. Any punishment that comes to man, will be given on his judgment day.. For God to punish a country (America) he would be an unjust God.. Not ALL of Americans are bad and evil..Most are guilty of being hypocrites.. If there is a God, would he not wait till a mans life is over to judge him?? How could a just God justify punishing an entire country?? And being all knowing,,It would be impossible to separate the good from the bad.. And the evil man doesn't shake his fist at God, for God to him means nothing.. Although you will reject this as what you do not want to hear,, your question, begs only a religious answer.. And that is only "self-serving.. Did not the teacher JESUS say, "What rewards does a man build , if he only loves those who love him?" Get it!! A true Christian, should not be posing self-answering questions, but practicing Christian teachings, by actions, and not shallow utterings!!! SOLOMON

Why would I shake my fist at an imaginary being? Good things and bad happen to all people. I think 'Dubya' is punishment for quite a few. Then there are those who are in denial. I think they're the ones who'll end up shaking their fists when they can't deny the problems at hand any longer.

Don't you watch the 700 Club ? According to Pat & Jerry, God punished America on 9/11.

Sounds like you may be part of a plan. Do you see yourself as an instrument of God to be used for the purpose that you stated above?

As a newcomer to this forum; is this your platform to announce things to the world? Every account leaves more than a subtle signature including the location of any originating answer or question.

Do yourself a favor and answer the door politely when the men in suits show up to ask you a few questions.

People have been shaking their fists at God from the beginning of time, blaming Him for all that goes wrong in their life.

He's the great scape goat, instead of reflecting as to the real causes for the situations one finds themselves in (usually bad choices, neglecting to think things through etc...). It is easier to blame God isn't it for the polution that we all of us instilled on this earth.

If you read the Bible there was a promise made that no longer would God punish the sons for their father's mistakes, because God knows the mistakes of our fathers and the consequences thereof, not God's punishment but consequences of choices would be punishment enough for those left behind, mainly us...Peace

People shaking their fists is not nessasarily literally making a fist and shaking it, but also includes peoples attutudes of unbelief and downright insulting His name.
God will one day judge the entire earth, but it is man's actions and words that open the hedge of protection so Satan comes in and destroys.
Christians Prayers is one tool that God uses to place the hedge of protection up. Men are fools when they hinder or stop Christians prayers, because they are opening the way for Satan to destroy.
To answer your question: Man is stupid, they will be shaking their fists even up until the day that God comes to judge the world.

Your question is the same as some of the reasoning presented by Osama bin Laden for flying aircraft into the World Trade Center ... bin Laden and his ilk condemn America for our life style as our life style is one that is a threat to him and his idiot band of murderers from getting into paradise.

Some hard core evangelical christians are no different. TV evangelicals say that AIDS is god's curse on homosexuals (too bad more heterosexuals (by number and by percentage) have AIDS than do homosexuals.

(The evangelicals are led by people such as Jimmy Swaggart who said, “Sex education classes in our public schools are promoting incest.”)

There's no difference between religious extremists. They can be christian, muslim, or jewish ... they are all the same.

Thank god for Darwin!

have you ever been observing to many video clips? Atheists don't have faith in gods. in case you notice a individual shaking their fist in the direction of the sky, that's probably because of the fact some ignorant fowl pooped on them.

I didn't understand the question. Which people?

God will not bring the punishment. Man will bring the punishment upon man.

It's already happening.
