This is a common problem. Usually quickly diagnose and treated and an excellent prognosis usually follows.
Don't worry its pretty routine stuff these days.
We do five or six a day at work and they actually really boring!!! If all goes well he should be able to go home a day or two after surgery.
The recovery period is a little bit sore but should be walking hours after the operation.

yes, although you are in so much pain you think you will die, if caught soon enough, it is very survivable. since he is on his way to the hospital, it will be treated with surgery. 1 wk recovery and he should be back to normal. i will say a prayer for you and may God be with you both.

Yes, it is a common surgery that many people have. I did at 16. The problem is if it is ignored and it bursts. That causes peritonitis. VERY SERIOUS.

Yes its survivable. Its one of the safest surguries there is as long as it was caught in time. He will be in my prayers though. It never hurts and only helps

one of the simpliest and safest ops there are. if caught before a burst, he will be out in max of three days. longer if removed after a rupture. god bless.

he will be fine, they do appendectomies every day all over the world. He will be in and out in no time..."No worries"

yes, completely survivorable. unless it bursts, but that is rare.
