Try XnView.
Free too! :)

If you just want to convert, XnView also comes with command line converter 'nconvert'.

.jpg is an international format that almost all computers have a viewer of some sort that will recognise .jpg files.
Otherwise at some point you are going to have to PAY FOR THE SOFTWARE that will read and change your projects to one of the 20 or so Formats rumbleing around out there in cyber-land.

Try any of the Photoshop CS's

If you want to view them natively in Windows, you can save them as JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG, TIFF -- well, there's a lot of formats Windows can view natively, just not the Adobe format. There are free programs that can let you view Photoshop images though.

IrfanView is one -- again, it's FREE

Give it a go! Enjoy :)

I know that Picasa and Irfanview can show Photoshop files. They are both free. Just search them at Google.
