Is there a program to make film of a video look aged, as if it was filmed in the 60's or 70's?

I dont not want Windows Movie Makers aged feature, it is not realistic enough.

Windows Movie Maker is Entry Level Software that is fair at best you will need to use a professional editing software to accomplish the features you are after.
Google for your choice of Softwares there are several out there .
