Come to America and get your citizenship started then go a see an Army Recruiter

if you are a US citizen living Overseas, there ARE recruiters in Europe and Asia. If you have access to a militray facility( you have dependent ID Card or otherwise work on the base) you can see the local recruiter on the base. If not, there are still ways. if you go to the Recruiting forum at military.com, a lady by the name of Ciderr33Alpha's son is a recruiter in Europe. she can give you his information.

If you are NOT a US citizen or Legal Permanent Resident, you may not enlist, and the military cannot help you get a Green card.

It depends on where you are. I've known people who enlisted in the U.S. Army from Germany, but I don't know how.

You can't. Unless you mean Hawaii then they have a recruitment base in Honolulu
