You get autopsied.

In New York City, with many orthodox Jews and others whose custom is burial by sundown, the coroner's office does its best to accommodate the religious strictures, but if it's not possible, the law takes precedence.

In the U.S., the county coroner only orders an autopsy if the police suspect that foul play might have been involved in your death. I would imagine that any sane religion would want justice to be served if one of their believers was murdered, and would cooperate in any way possible to find the person responsible for the crime. Not to mention, if there was a murderer possibly running around loose and remaining a threat to society, any clergy would be grossly irresponsible by trying to contest it and obstruct the investigation. As far as I know, there is no religious exception to an autopsy under the law - neither clergy nor family can contest one. If they do, I simply say screw 'em.

If the person's death was not attended by a physician and certified as due to natural causes, an autopsy must always be performed. Most medical examiners do their best to get the job done quickly. Religious superstition is not sufficient reason to justify allowing murderers to go undetected. ...at least not in civilized countries.

This is a very good question. It brings up the issue of "man's law" over "God's Law." Which is the superior law?

As a Christian I can say that God's Law supersedes them all, but God also allowed man to write our own laws to control and discipline "law-breakers."
Our society has moved so far away from God that we only really recognize our written civil laws. This is what the police and the Court administers. We are also called to OBEY the leaders that we put in place. (we didn't put them there except by the Grace of God!)
So, unless you live somewhere that has placed God's Law as the law of the land, then you will follow the law that is executed within your society.
