Yes! underneath the word should be a picture of my 2 yr old daughter!lol. she likes to play dress up and between all the layers and hats she likes to wear, she looks like a little bag lady! lol.

I think it is someone who is a bit messy in their appearance, odd socks, clothes that don't match possibly a bit grubby, it's cute on kids especially little boys.
