Well, what do we have here. If you read that article you would notice the word "Hindu extremists". And you thought only Muslims were capable of acting violently. Looks like extremists can be from any religion.

Christians have existed in India even before they existed in Europe.....When Islam and Christianity came to India, we wlcomed y'all with open arms as brothers...what did y'all do in return.....Now today, India is the only hindu country and both Islam and Christianity want to destroy hinduism from the place that it has always existed...And you people want us to sit back and do nothing to protect our culture and heritage???

Hindu extremists are totally different to muslim extremists...Hindu extremists don't go around forcing others to become Hindu, unlike your mob do...when was the last time you saw hindus hijack planes and fly them into building???

Maybe you should comment on the thousands of christians that are persecuted in Pakistan every year....Just because it doesn't make it in the news headlines it doesn't mean that it doesn't happen.....Are you going to now brand your fellow pakistanis are muslim extremists???

The only thing that is different about human beings is what we are taught. We are taught using the universal method of reward or punishment. The result is, we learn all kinds of crazy behaviors rather than face punishment. Judging others, imposing ones will on another, is common to all cultures who recognize any authority other than God. Not just Indians or Hindus. Just think about the unfair practices of your own culture. I'm sure you can find many if your honest.

Sadly this has been going on for centuries. The Hindu Government of India also attacks the rights of Christians and other religions practicing their faith in India. Christianity is the target of worldwide violence. Muslims kill Christians, just because they speak the truth; Hindus as well. In India, there is no hope for the lowliest of low people...they are considered dirt by the other Caste divisions...even lower than animals, yet Christ offers them hope. Hindus claim these people are this way because of "sins" in their former life...Hindus believe in reincarnation. It is sad that people cannot practice their faith freely in every country...but you are right...any religious extremeists are bad news. However, when was the last time you heard of Christians killing someone for converting to Islam? Or how many Christians have beheaded someone over religious disputes? Some may refer to the Crusades, but hey, let's be honest...the majority of those "Christians" were not Christians, and the Crusades was about control of Jerusalem and power, not about religion.
The truth is, Jesus died for ALL mankind...to erase our sins and reconcile us, sinful people, with a Holy God. Yes, God loves the Buddhist, the Muslims and the Hindus just as much as He loves the Christians and the Jews...loves us so much that He sent Christ to pay for our sins...greatest act of love ever recorded.
As long as there are two people living on earth who look different, speak a different language, or worship differently...there will always be conflict...sad huh?
Thanks for the question.

or any irreligion
violent fanatics can be produced by any philosophy or system ,even those that teach preference for non violence like Christianity,Hinduism and Buddhism

Christians have been murdered by Hindu fanatics(contrary totally to ahimsa/nonviolence) and Gandhi,a great Hindu teacher and guru, was assassinated by a Hindu fanatic.

Atheism has also produced fantical murderers( the late dictator or Albania and Mao,come to mind among many mass murderers in the name of"freedom from religion")

Xian precipitated by imposing a xmas gate on a Hindustructure. Hence the trouble. It was compounded when they attacked and killed a Hindu holy man.

One death so far, of that holi man.

This is a typical occurrence in India, where followers of Jesus are beaten & killed with little or no consequences to the perpetraters. 2 Timothy 3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

why dont those hindu extremists burn themselves,.....if not for their caste system, their fellow hindus wont convert to christianity,....lets assume that the converts were promised money and jobs...those are the basic elements to survive, a human being has to eat....in order to worship.religion in general is very divisive,,, and religious leaders are very manipulative....they want you to worship, but it is very doubtful if it is the real God that they are worshipping. or the other way around.
