christmas again and i feel ill ,anyone else?

Yes i got ill the week before xmas and im still ill right now, i feel like screaming (if my throat was not so sore i would ) my doc gave me antibiotics which have done nothing for my chest infection i feel worse as each day gos by, haha what a cheery newyear msg eh?
So you are not alone im sat here with a pile of tissues and a very red nose n sore chest bah humbug!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh Yes, some years ago, other times I have had bad colds, then I thought the world was coming to an end I felt so rotten,
But when I developed influenza, I really knew what an illness was,
Many people identify bad colds with Flu, until you have had the real thing that is understandable, but when the real flu strikes, you will know the difference. Believe me.

Are you sure it's the flu?, because if you had the flu then you would not be able to go on line. You would be laid up in bed with extremely high temperature, shivering and every bone in your body aching, you would just be drifting of to sleep constantly, trust me I know because I've had it.
It sounds like you have a real bad cold, which although is not very nice and you feel rubbish it is not FLU! but it could be MAN FLU! that's the new name for a cold when someone from the male population gets it.
On a lighter note.....
Men get Flu,
Children get Colds,
and Women just get ON!

It came on suddenly yesterday afternoon, the hubby came down with it and took to bed this morning.
In two day's time not only is it New Years Eve but also our anniversary followed by my birthday 4 days later, gonna be a great festive season!!
For the first 6 years of my daughters life she was ill every Christmas, poor thing!

yep i have the flu at moment,i feel like crap..weather is miserable,isnt exactly helping!
