You can get them one @ 12 weeks but I wouldnt recommend that young.
You should really consider using drops.
Zodiac has a good flea collar, and drops availabl at petsmart.

If you must put the toxic thing the pup will like to chew on recoemded age is 12 to 16 weeks depending on breed.

Flea collars are a waste of time and money.
Get a top spot like Frontline or Advantage.
Totally safe and effective.

I always put my pup on the topical liquid fle meds and it works great and even helps clean up some dry skin issues and she been on that since I got her at 11 weeks, even durring the winter in Buffalo NY

flea collars are not as effective try advantix for puppys it lasts a mth six in a pack and works like a champ

Flea collars don't work and the puppy can chew on the collar making them sick. Get some Frontline flea drops and use that. It is more effective and it is safer for your pup ok.
