Which leaders are you referring to? The present administration, the Democratic Party leadership, the press, the business elitist or the educational elitist? Judging from some of the questions and answers I would have a tendency to go with the liberal/left wing elitist who run the school and educational system and e-write history in a manner to be politically correct despite and teaching of facts or having any reference to guide them. Probably a little by everyone though and if you read enough from all view points you even get a fairly clear idea of what is going on; just brain washed if you only read one side of things.

We Americans have been SO brainwashed that we are more than willing to come to the aid of almost any country.
My father (a brainwashed, immigrant American) lost an arm fighting for the freedom of Europeans he didn't know.
MY twin uncles (also brainwashed immigrant Americans) lost their lives (MIA & KIA , 1950 and 1951) fighting for the freedom of South Koreans THEY didn't know.
Personally, I think you people around the world should buck up and take care of your own problems and bring ALL our military home to the U.S. soil where they belong. Then see what happens. Who ya gonna call then? Your neighboring country invades you, the BRAINWASHED AMERICANS refuse to help, cause who wants to get involved with your internal disputes. They exercise their right as free people to talk about elections, make their own decisions and vote for who they feel is the right candidate. This is 100% unlike Germany in the 30s. Get your facts straight. What do you know about Germany in the thirties?
