Now i know people of all creeds have issues with the veracity of the Bible but,it seems the Muslims are quite specific and selective in condemning certain passages of a verse as corrupt,then ignoring the rest of it as it doesn't impinge on their rights;
Isn't this strange,or maybe the Muslims are privvy to ancient texts of the Bible that corroborate their claims of corruptions.
So Muslims:please back up your claims of corruption with evidence?

A2Z-I'm sorry but you have given no evidence other than the fact that you believe it to be so and that you don't need to know because you have your Qur'an-thats totally illogical.
Singular-i'd change my avatar name to circular to reflect the character of your answer.

The Psalmist writes: "The word of the Lord is flawless like silver refined seven times in the fiery furnace of clay."

The bible is God's words that have been changed and made corrupt. This is a fact-even Christians agree with that. What about the fact that the Bible encourages raping? Do you call that good or corrupt?
Muslims are just stating a fact and not being selective. I know the bible has good things in it too, but if you follow the bible then you would have to follow every teaching it gives-so what about the corrupt parts? That means you would be following those parts too.

First, Allah say in the Quran that the Bible is corrupt - and Muslims do as Allah asks.
Secondly, have you ever read the Bible, especially the Gospels? The four stories are all different - What's that about? If it really was God's word, then why did God say it four different ways - with contradictions? I should thing even non-Muslims would see that as due to corruption.
Thirdly, anything that does not mesh with the Quran is corrupted - which is what Allah told us in the Quran. Muslims have to go with what is in the Quran because that's part of what being a Muslim is all about.

I would suggest you read both books as the are actually very similar...strange people have never noticed this before.....Bible was written first than Koran.....Way back when they were written times were very violent. It is time for both books to to lose this mentality and only ponder on the good things in them....We are all Gods Children....
P.S. there is plenty of corruption to go around on both sides not just Muslims.

We dont condemn bible. We believe in the original gospel which has manipulated by many christian and St Paul Also.
If you want someone who is expert, go to youtube and check Dr Zakir Naik debating christian preist, pastors and others. No one of them could give approperiate reply for what he said. He gave 14 proofs from bible that jesus wasnt crucified.
He is the only person in the history who memorizes the whole bible by the chapter and verse. Go check if you are honest with yourself

Well, it is quite well known that the Bible is "corrupt"; that is if by "corrupt" you mean a translation of a copy of a copy of a translation, etc. with know known originals. For those who hold this viewpoint, do keep in mind that The Iliad and The Odyssey have the very same charactaristic. ...I so rarely see anyone complaining about those books "corruption"!

lets see about Trinity in bible........but what does trinity means??
TRINITY: According to the Athanasian Creed:
"The Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Ghost is God, and yet there are not three Gods but one God."
In this Holy Trinity: "The three Persons are CO-EQUAL and CO-ETERNAL: all alike are UNCREATED and OMNIPOTENT." (The Catholic Encyclopedia)
Thus the Trinity is considered to be: (One God in three Persons."
There is only one verse in the whole of Holy Scripture called the Bible which unequivocally supports this Christian dogma, and that is:
"For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost; and these three are one. " The first Epistle of John 5:7
Dr C.I, Scofield, D.D. backed by eight other D.D.'s in a footnote to this verse opine:
"IT IS GENERALLY AGREED THAT THIS VERSE HAS NO MANUSCRIPT AUTHORITY AND HAS BEEN INSERTED."
The fundamentalist Christians still retain this fabrication whereas, in all the modern translations including the Revised Standard Version (RSV) this pious fraud has been unceremoniously expunged, thus confirming this Qur'anic refutation:
"They do blaspheme who say: God is one of three In a Trinity: for there is no God except one God. If they desist not from their word (of blasphemy), verily a grievous penalty will befall the blasphemers among them." Holy Qur'an 5:76.
Thank God! The Christians are willy-nilly discovering pagan forgeries in their "word of God", but they are still dragging their feet.
and who is changing Bible time to time??

The Quran is in the original langauge it was revealed in and evidence shows it has been preserved from day one

Actually most Muslims just post bits of the Koran with no particular question in mind expecting that we will all suddenly see the light and rush to them...
...I don't see them slagging off Christianity more than atheists do
