1 - The country my wife used to live in.
2 - I think it should be taught as the second language in schools in the UK rather than French because English speakers would find it easier and it's far more widely spoken. As a language, i think it's OK but i get confused about the ser/estar thing. I wish i was more fluent.

(Sorry, no tilde so i type "nh" instead):

Creo que los ninhos en Gran Bretanha deben aprendar el espanhol y no frances, porque es mas facil y muchos gentes el hablan. Como una lengua, creo que es bueno, pero non entiendo la cosa con "ser" y "estar". Tambien quiero ser mejor con este lengua.

Spain...Cowardly bloodthirsty bullfighters. This is why I will never go there.
Spanish...a nice language when spoken by the Latin-Americans but spoilt by the lispy 'th' sound in Spain .
)Gracias sounds like graTHias, Barcelona sounds like BarTHelona.) I don't like the annoying inverted question/exclamation marks at the beginning of their sentences either.
For all these reasons...I go to Portugal on holiday and have started learning the Portuguese language.
"Gosto muito o português mas o espanhol do espanha..não gosto."

you will have heard human beings say Britain and northerly eire because of the fact they're the areas that make up the united kingdom. Northern eire makes up the island of eire so for convenience it rather is noted as eire although this is in fact area of the British Empire or as you could are conscious of it, the united kingdom. (they use pounds sterling, pay taxes to the Queen, and so on) As for those from Northern eire, they're all matters of the Queen yet there must be of the opinion that they are Irish, or extra useful nevertheless Northern Irish!

Hot, dusty, "yellow ochre" country.

A language I recognise, know a few words of, and know for its historic latinate connections.

Since suffering severe sunburn and blistered skin there on one summer holiday as a child, (through a shirt, visiting Roman ruins at Ampurias) my parents and later I myself have always picked cooler places to visit!
