i downloaded it from ares
otherwise you can only use a trial version

Yes you could do it in adobe photoshop. Or any other advanced photo editing software. I use psp9 (paint shop pro) it could be done quite easily with that.

Go to www.makemypictureperfect.com, send them the main picture, and the little pictures you want in the main one, and they will do it for you!

Yes it is. You can do it on photoshop.
She's simply cut/pasting pictures of herself over and over, turning them and overlapping them. SIMPLE. Then she just added text. Trust me, you can do it.
