Sounds like this is a sexual assault case if she did not want him to perform oral sex. It is true that just by him using his mouth on her vagina that she did not lose her virginity. However if the unwanted sexual actions went further, which I am inclined to say that perhaps they did, she may not be a virgin.

There is nothing wrong with not being a virgin. So please, do not let that bother you about her, especially since he would have taken it forcefully.

You need to ask your girlfriend in a very serious tone if she was raped. Please, do not flip out and say you will beat him to death if she says yes. If she does say yes, ensure her that it is NOT HER FAULT. It is far better if you take it to the police and provide evidence, such as the domestic violence he acted with upon her.

If you have more questions about this, or even if you need some support or need to know what to say, do not hesitate to send me an email: judy_is_not_jello@yahoo.com

Are you sure she is telling the whole truth. Licking doesn't take your virginity away, but I think something more did happen. If she was beat up by her old boyfriend, then she needs to report it to the police and not be afraid to do it. That is the only way he will treat other people better.

In order to lose your virginity it would have had to penetrate her, so yes she is still a virgin.

You know her and you must decide whether or not your jumping to conclusions or if your instincts say she is lying to you. Try sitting down and calmly talking to her, watch her body language and the way she responds to the questions. Also ask her how did she wind up in that predicament?????

NO A GIRL HAS A HYMEN its a thin piece of membrane,if broke it usually bleeds a l ittle Then no more virgin. licking no I doubt it. And dude @ least she told you. If she left something out except her virginity she likes you and don't want to hurt you. sometimes "WHAT U DON'T KNOW WON'T HURT YOU"

To tell if she's telling you the truth, someone would have to know her. If she seems genuinely shaken by talking about this ex, I'd say she is.

She's still a virgin if the hymen is intact. A doctor would have to examine her for confirmation if it's important.

I think any woman who hasn't consented to sex should be considered a virgin. If someone is a victim of a crime or date rape, I'd count them as emotionally or religiously virginal.

Damn, men really do take that virginity stuff serious huh? Yo the tongue is nothing! Women get a good orgasm out of it but that about it! Yo, and for her to even put herself in that situation is questionable. You are one up from me because all I would have had to do is hear that she was with him and broke it off! Any respectable woman would know not to ever have anything to do with their Ex's.

You guys are too young to be having any type of sex (and that's what that is by the way).
You can't even spell virginity.
