No, we are NOT recruiting.
Jesus told us to preach to EVERYONE about God's Kingdom and its future blessings. We try to find people wherever they are to be found. Did you know that Jesus and the apostles went from door to door too?
If people decide they like what they are hearing and join our cause, good for them! For those not interested- that's their right too.
Really, whatever people decide to do with the good news is not our responsibility.

This is a serious work that involves not only our lives but the lives of others.
Jesus foretold for our day this work: "This good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come." Matt. 24:14
He also instructed his followers "Go...and make disciples of people of all the nations." Matt. 28:19
Jesus also directed his early disciples to go to the homes of people. Matt. 10:7,11-13)
In Act. 20:20 the apostle Paul said regarding his ministry: "I did not hold back from telling you any of the tings that were profitable nor from teaching you publicly and from house to house."
We return often because we want to be careful to miss no one. we are motivated by love first for Jehovah God, also for our neighbor.
We thank all of our YA neighbors for their questions, they give Jehovah's Witnesses the opportunity to give a Witnesses, to tell the Truth about Jehovah and his organization.
We want people to know what God's name is, and why it is important for them to use it.
We want people to know the Truth about the Trinity
We want people to know the Truth about God's Kindgom
We want people to know the Truth about heaven and hell
We want people to know the Truth about the condition of the dead.
We want people to know the Truth about the times we are now living in.
We want them to know the Truth about why it is important to apply Bible counsel.
WE WANT YOU, AND AS MANY AS POSSIBLE TO HAVE A CHANCE TO LIVE HERE ON EARTH IN A BEAUTIFUL PARADISE. A PARADISE THAT JEHOVAH THE CREATOR HAS PROMISED!

We are following this command that Jesus gave to his followers here in (Matthew28:19) 19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,so we are doing that in obedience to Jesus admonition to us and also the Bible fortold that God's people would be doing this for a witness(Matthew24:14)And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. So we are fulfilling that prophecy, and warning people of the events that will soon be upon mankind, and how people can avoid disaster

They go door to door hoping that some of these doors will be opened for them, and they can tell the occupants about their beliefs in the Kingdom of God.

A common misconception is that Jehovah's Witnesses go from door-to-door because they feel it is their duty to "recruit" a householder, or get him to "convert". In fact, Jehovah's Witnesses would go from door-to-door even if there were no hope that anyone would change their religion, or even if no one would listen to them!
That is because Jesus Christ specifically assigned the house-to-house ministry to the Christian congregation, with no regard for specific results.
(Luke 10:1,2) After these things the Lord designated seventy others and sent them forth by twos in advance of him into every city and place to which he himself was going to come. 2 Then he began to say to them: “The harvest, indeed, is great, but the workers are few. Therefore beg the Master of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest.
Jehovah's Witnesses are trained to direct attention to the bible, and move on when their message is unwanted. Since each congregation in the United States tries to call at every home in its territory at least twice each year, there is strong motivation for them to move on where little interest is shown. Also, the Scriptures help the Witnesses to expect little interest from most:
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching ...and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.
