Its difficult for us girls to believe, but for males, sex can be about as emotional as sneezing.
Sure, IF they are in love with the girl, they may connect through sex. But a guy can have sex with a girl he thinks is a total joke. I've overheard enough male conversations to know.
Its true what the last guy says. Sex and love don't always go together in males. Actually, the centers for sex and love exist in different parts of the brain.

It's quite common for girls to attach emotional connections to physical acts, while guys are just doing a physical act. This is true not just of sex but also of things like kissing.

Guys can feel it or not. Girls get far more attached via sex than guys do. Guys are able to completely separate the act of sex from the feelings of love.
Is it possible? Absolutely.

NO. its not always a two way road unfortunately. Its best to have an honest open communication with him. ask him how he feels toward you and express yours.
Whatever the answer, it will help you decide to be with him or move on.
good luck :-)
