They are not dust or anything, I did some research and they appear to be something like dead or "hot" pixels.

Do you think I should take the camera back(just got it)?

yes you should if they camera already had them then it's a reject , you should get it replace, think of what could happen

if its new and it happens on all the shutter speeds absolutely some have them show up only on higher speeds like 1/3000th and 1/4000th of a sec and I think they say thats normal

if they truly bother you, yes, have them fix the dead pixels, i would research the net to see if they have those blinking colors that unstick dead pixels :]
