How do we find God's perfect will?
I'm going to go another way with this question and instead ask...
How do we find God's perfect will for us?
His will is different depending on the person.
1. Read the scriptures. While God does not speak to every situation, He gives biblical principles to guide your life so that you may carry out His will.
2. Through prayer. You must pray and ask God to lead you to His perfect will. At the same time you must accept what He brings into your life.
3. Yeildedness (not rebelliousness). God will not show you His will if you are not willing to do it.
4. Through spiritual gifts given to you. We are all given gifts we can use to serve God. Do not ignore them.
5. Talking with godly people. Responsible Christians can help you in finding this.
6. Your circumstances. To better understand His will look what God has placed in your life.
God Bless You.

I like David R's answer. But there are rules and regulations to do the will of God and not perish. That is to follow what Jesus Christ said to do in the Holy Bible. Then you can be assured of eternal life.

According to the Word, pick a gospel, I prefer John, it is the will of the Father that the Son be given those who would keep His commandments. The key word is obedience. Humans hate that word it seems. Why? He Loves us so much.

Fight between truth and falsehood and ultimate victory of truth.
21:16 We created not the heaven and the earth and all that is between them in play.
21:17 If We had wished to find a pastime, We could have found it in Our presence if We ever did.
21:18 Nay, but We hurl the true against the false, and it doth break its head and lo! it vanisheth. And yours will be woe for that which ye ascribe (unto Him).
21:19 Unto Him belongeth whosoever is in the heavens and the earth. And those who dwell in His presence are not too proud to worship Him nor do they weary;

This is a question that I cannot answer in a few words, all I can do is refer to what God has given us in His word:
Rom 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Mar 3:35 For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.
Rom 1:10 Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you.
Rom 8:27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
Rom 15:32 That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed.
1Co 1:1 Paul, called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother
2Co 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, unto the church of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints which are in all Achaia:
2Co 8:5 And this they did, not as we hoped, but first gave their own selves to the Lord, and unto us by the will of God.
Gal 1:4 Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:
Eph 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:
Eph 6:6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
Col 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timotheus our brother,
Col 4:12 Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.
1Th 4:3 For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:
1Th 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
2Ti 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, according to the promise of life which is in Christ Jesus,
Heb 10:36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
I personally would add to this:
2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Noting that "study" and "will" are verbs, which require action on our part.
