Ok My Ex Had A Baby And I Am Told It Is Mine But What I Dont Understand Is I First Slept With Her In April 2007 And The Baby Was Born October 2007 And The Baby Was Born The Size Of A Full Term Baby And Went Home Next Day And Is Healty And Has Been Healthy Since It Went Home. Now My Question Is Whats The Possibility Of This Baby Being Mine?? And I Have Made An Effort And Went And Opened A Case Against Myself To Get A DNA Test So Please Dont Tell Me To Get One Cause I Have Already Started The Process But It Keeps Bugging Me And I WouldLike To Know What Peopls Think About It Being Mine?? Thanks For Your Answer emtalex. but yea i did count months but there are peolpe that still belive its mine and the only reason i have gone and opened a case is to prove its not mine to the people that say it is. and hell no im not ready to be a dad so dont be such a prick thanks. i understand if you were trying to be straight forward but dont be such a dick about it

Your friends don't know what they are talking about. If it was your baby then she would have delivered in January-ish.
She isn't a dog...she was already preggers when you hit it...she eihter didn't know or didn't tell you but it isn't yours. You don't have the sense to count the months, what makes you think you need to be a dad?
To have started paternity proceedings with the info you have is ridiculous. Now you seem like an uneducated stalker.

first off, congrats for having the maturity to go ahead and get a paternity test yourself instead of waiting for her to do it.
second, it doesnt sound like it is yours. the baby was born approx 8-12 weeks early. even a large preemie is going to be under 6# because babies grow the most the last trimester. Most of the time, they keep preemies in the hospital for a couple of weeks to monitor lungs because preemies tend to have underdeveloped lungs, especially if they are more than 6 weeks early, which is sounds like this baby was.
a paternity test only takes a few days, so you'll know for sure soon enough, but chances are it isnt yours.

Lets put it this way.
I fell pregnant with my son on the 1st of May.
He was born on the 31st of January.
if this baby is yours then she wouldn't of had the baby until December/January.
You are very mature and I'm glad to see a guy stepping up and taking steps to see if he is the father or not.
I do highly doubt that you are the father!

If the baby was full-term(9-9 1/2 mths.) then it couldn't be yours since you had sex with her in April; the baby would only be 6 mths. at delivery if it was yours. If it was early thou, maybe but I don't think it would be as healthy as you say the baby is if so. So, I would say no, Good Luck and I hope everything works out for you, man.

no... that baby could not be yours my Nephew was born 3 month early and he was 3 lb and had to stay in the hospital for the first 3 monthes of his life... and for no baby born that soon would never be the size of a full term baby...
