I lost my sense of smell...it's been 8 days..the swelling is beginning to go down...will I smell again?

this was all done for a deviated septum and snoring.....is the doctor responsible if I cannot smell anything?

Dear sister, I am glad to know that your surgery is over, sorry to hear about your temporary loss of smell.
As with any surgery, we have temporary set-backs.....after one of my surgeries, I had nerve damage. I wasn't able to feel the sensation of scratching my skin, but it eventually came back.
