Hello I have a new lcd hdtv and was wondering...which is better on the hdtv the composite plugin or the antenna/tv plugin for my dishnetwork (non-hd) dvr...i know this sounds weird because the antenna plugin is a coaxial im assuming but a i know on hdtv antenna when you try to hook it into the tv it gets a hd signal. i was wondering if hooking up my box that way would improve visual quality because my composite get pretty crappy quality on my lcd. thanks

If available, Use component (red/green/blue cables).
For standard def, RF will be even worse than composite.
Time to call Dish and ask them to upgrade to a new HD box/PVR.
