(the following with be an answer acting like i knew what the heck i were talking bout):
No, it is not entirly bald infact at still has quite a bit of hair a little thin on the top but the sides are still kicking!!

It's not as bald as it would be with, say, a razor blade, but it is very short - about as short as you'd be able to cut it with scissors

no; #00000 is.You can log on "oster" clippers and it will tell you what length each blade will leave the hair.
