Can give me the exact phrasing of the quote that says something about men in power, the common man, and a wise man's views on religion. It states something about a wise man using it to rule others, a wise man not believing in it and something else I can't remember. I saw it years ago and can't recall how it goes. I think it's only 3 lines. Also, if you know where the quote originates I'd appreciate that too.

My guess is proverbs. I don't have my disk installed, and don't know how to access a concordance on line. I am told it can be done, then just plug in words until you get a few cites, then scroll down them.
