The sad truth of the matter is rarely do people 'kill for no reason' they will have a reason that seems quite fine to them, at the moment the pull the trigger at least. You may not agree with the reason, especially if your on the receiving end, but the truth is, people can rationalize anything. Ranging from, "he was pissing me off" to "it is the will of god," people always have a reason. And this did not 'happen' to mankind, we have always been like this.

god said not to murder
that's why we christians still support the death penalty and want to change our views on abortion
we like a man like GW Bush who is responsible for pushing through lies so the US invaded and killed many civilians in Iraq, based on "god told me"
http://news.independent.co.uk/world/americas/article317805.ece
our christianity will end on a bloody note in Rev 19 when the special ones return with our Prince of Peace and hack down the infidels in a final Jihad with Jesus
after that, all opposition will be removed and we can have no more people telling us we are wrong and have about 1000 years or so of another dark ages, with religion in charge and the arts, education and women's rights doomed

Seriously, were has grammar and spelling gone. People who kill for no reason are typically clinically insane. All the other murders usually do it because of revenge, hatred, jealousy, fear, and differences.

Some people kill out of fear or defense. The others without reason are demented and crazy.

Joel Wallach says it often has to do with a trace mineral imbalance. The earth is getting old, and the soil is getting depleted.

Why do people kill for God?
I am more afraid of someone who will kill for religion, for God, than "for no reason".

Because if we are just animals (evolutionary model), and there truly is no God ( + growing anti-religious sentiment), then what's the difference? ( = no lasting repercussions)

Sad but true. People kill and there is nothing we can do about it. But God isn't pleased with this senseless killing....Blessings!
