Swimming a lot of laps every day will help. Swimming is probably the best exercise there is.

If I was you I would begin with buying a pair of running shoes and running shoes make the best walking shoes. Start your first day walking a half to one mile, second day do the same thing. Now gradually as you feel comfortable or maybe it will not feel comfortable increase both your pace and distance of your walk. You may want to even do a light run for 10-20 seconds then come back to a walking pace. Work up until you are walking between 45 minutes to a hour 5 times per week. You will also want to stretch after walking/running to help reduce your chance of injury and to decrease any aches and pains from your walking/running. Let me know when you reach your goal weight or let me know your progress. You can do it and this will work!

Try to exercise at least 30 minutes around 5 days a week and you should see a difference in weight and toning. Also be conscious of what you eat and the amount even if you don't want to go on a diet.

I would suggest running//jogging//walking around 3-5 miles a day. Also you could go to a work out class in your community. Otherwise I would suggest eating healthier and lots of cardio. If you're not into running swimming helps A LOT! I was on the swim team, and i not only lost weight, but i gained a lot of muscles and it really helped me to slim down. Remember to have fun!!

Exercise. Sustain cardio for 20+ minutes and light weights to build muscle. Increase water intake, and eat healthier.
Just keep it up. You may actually gain weight (muscle) but lose inches. Measure your results with something other than a scale.

Push 100 ounces of water a day. Consume only 1,200 calories a day and work out for an hour a day.
You could lose 5 pounds in 10 days.

Well, if you exercising but eating alot you'll only lose like mabe 1 pound a month. But if you dieted and exercised you can lose way more.
But to answer your question, burn twice as many calories as you consume.
