Everyone reacts differently to high levels of alcohol. If you have to ask about your drinking then it's already a problem. Try cutting back and if that doesn't work then quit. It's not worth ruining your life over. Women have all kinds of health repercussions that men don't get for a while. Look up what alcohol does to women in particular and it may scare you into making better decisions. Do your homework and take care of yourself. I recently cut my alcohol intake to one a night if that and feel so much better but not everybody can do that. If it ever got to the point I was at then I would stop entirely. I don't need it if it's going to cause problems. I never got nauseated.

It is obvious that you have a drinking problem. From the sounds of your request, how you worded and spelled the words, you are young and immature. Anyone with a brain, however little, would know that you should stay far far away from bars. If you have friends that insist you go to these bars, well then maybe they do not have your best interest at heart. Your setting what you are going to be like when you get older by continuing going to bars. You can be young, but, still be smart at the same time.

Start by alternating your drinks with water. It gets the alcohol into your bloodstream faster, and makes you drunker quicker.

If you want to drink less, bring cash. Don't run a tab. That way you have to stop. And for goodness sake, do not drive. Take a cab or designate a driver.
