I wouldn't venture a guess, you have given no information here...does he have a good job where you are? Does he have family and friends where you are? Do you have a nice house or appartment? Is he comfortable and content where you are? Why do you want to move to Colorado? Do you have a job and home lined up there? Do you have family there? Will your lives be better or are you running from a problem or two?

You didn't say why you want to move to colorado? Is this a whim, or a job opportunity?

You really have to think about the living you are making now, vs Colorado....

Why a jerk? Is there a reson for the move that was not stated. I it is not going to work out finacially than no, but if yes than show him the pro's of the move..Cheaper living, better jobs, maybe a new start. But he is not a jerk unless there is a reason behind it all.

We lived in Colorado, I loved it & wanted to stay but my ex didn't (x husband that is) so we moved...we divorced a few years later, I haven't been able to move back to that beautiful place cause I can't afford it, but yet, take into consideration the "ex" husband...what do you think?

LOL funny!!! We had the exact same thing about 6 months ago. I is so beautiful there!!! I really wanted to move, hubby did not.

No. He is not a jerk. Moving to a diferent state is a BIG deal, and you have to respect that - it is part of being in a marriage.

Does he have to do everything you want to do? How far of a move is it? Will it be life-altering? What about your jobs, family, friends, etc.? Do you plan to move on a whim, or for a real reason? You have to give more details!

well THIS won't help much but ask yourself this....he may be a jerk for saying no but are you a jerk too for not respecting his reasons? you say YES YES YES! he says NO NO NO! who's right? step back and look at the pros and cons.....here's the important part....TRY TO BE IMPARTIAL! you might be surprised to see that he's right.....or you might not be too suprised to see that you still want to go.
