I know that the airport has a rule on traveling with liquids and its about 3 fl oz. but i have this perfume that i got for christmas that i want to take home and its 3.4 oz. can i still take that on board or put it in my suitcase??

It's possible that you will slip through with it, but you can't count on that. I'd say you have a better than even chance of losing it at security. So you would be safer if you put it in your checked baggage, or mail it home.

It varies. At some airports they let you go with 3.4 at others they stick to 3. To be safe you should just put it in your suitcase.

Pack it in your suitcase. Liquid rule applies to carry on luggage.

well if i remember correctly you can put larger amounts of liquid UNDER the plane with the larger suitcases and what not. but dont try to take it above with you. there is the chance they'd let it slide...but theres always a chance they wouldn't. i reccomend shipping it if it means alot to you.

You can always put it in your suitcase. The 3oz rule only applies to carry on baggage.

put it in your suitcase :) the regulation regards only hand-luggage and don't risk it cause they could throw away your perfume.
