YES omg it totaly helps... just try not to drink so much water becuase u could mess up ur electrolytes but thats only if u drink like 5 gallons a day.. u could gain some water weight but going to the bathroom regularly and walking it off, or you can get some water pills that turn the water weight into urine and you lose the W.w.. it helps flush all the toxins out of ur body and will flush the weight off your body.. it will flill your stomach so that you will only like eat 2 things a day.. just DONT over indulge yourself or you will get a horrible stomach ache. drink Ice cold water so that when you drink it , your body has to use more calories to maintain a warm body core temperature OR drinking warmish water ( like tea temperature), it will warm you up if u are cold and it will make you feel fuller... Just remember to take your vitamins so you. wont lose nutrients.....

Hope this helps.. just to tell u that water helps, Also take a bit of lemon or orange citruous juice and squeeze it into your water.. it will make you feel like you have eaten something with your water.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Yes it is very true and really effective...Yes if you are not use to it the first couple of weeks or so you will use the bathroom alot! After your body gets use to it it goes back to normal! Its really healthy and i reccomend atleast 6-8 glasses of water a day!

Yes. Water flushed toxins out of your body. And most people mistake being thristy for being hungry. Drink a full glass of water before every meal, and you will actually eat less. But drink 8-10 glasses of water or water based drinks (juices) daily.

Basically, if you drink a lot of water, you fill your stomach up and don't feel so hungry when you eat. There just isn't room for so much food. And, yes, you will pee more.

water does flush out the toxins like people have been saying, but it also speeds up your metabolism. of course, you need to be exercising and dieting too. it doesn't help THAT much.
