Besides a police officer's base salary what other incentives do they get along with their hourly wage?? How many hours a month do they usually work ?

The hours vary depending on the schedule, but it is usually 40 hours a week, or slightly more.

One of the next best incentives is a better than average retirement program. Police officers can normally retire earlier, with a similar or better paycheck compared to the private sector.

I work 40 hours a week or 160 a month.

I get three weeks of vacation per year, 9 paid holidays, two personal days. I also get one sick day per month.
