If I die before Jesus comes again, I will just go to heaven in my spiritual body , while the physical body goes to the grave. I will instantly see Jesus and yes I do KNOW that. God says it and I belive it and I do not need to prove it to anyone. Nor does God. Also I see evidence daily of the things God has told to us. ITs all true. But, I dont believe I will die .
I believe I am in the last day generation of ppl that will be alive when Jesus comes, to be caught up with Him in the air, and raptured home. Oh yes, I do believe that. I pray that all will know in time to be saved as well.
JEsus is coming soon, lets all know an be ready and stay ready. amen

Perhaps you know the empty feeling that comes with losing a loved one in death. How very sad and helpless you can feel!
It is only natural to ask: What happens to a person when he dies? Is he still alive somewhere? Will the living ever again be able to enjoy on earth the company of those now dead?
To answer such questions, it will help for us to know what happened to Adam at his death. When he sinned, God told him:"you return to the ground,
since from it you were taken;
for dust you are
and to dust you will return."(Genesis3:19)Think of what that means. Before God created him from the dust, there was no Adam. He did not exist. So, after he died, Adam returned to the same state of nonexistence.
Simply stated, death, is the opposite of life. The Bible shows this at (Ecclesiastes9:5,10) 5 For the living know that they will die,
but the dead know nothing;
they have no further reward,
and even the memory of them is forgotten.
10 Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the grave, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom.
This means that the dead cannot do anything, and cannot feel anything. They no longer have any thoughts, as the Bible states: 3 "Do not put your trust in princes,
in mortal men, who cannot save.
4 When their spirit departs, they return to the ground;
on that very day their plans come to nothing.(Psalm146:3,4) At death man's spirit, his life force, which is sustained by breathing, goes out, It no longer exists. So man's senses of hearing, sight, touch,smell and taste, which depend upon his being able to think, all stop working. According to the Bible, the dead a state of complete unconsciousness. When they are dead, both humans and animals are in this same state of complete unconsciousness. Note how the Bible makes this point:"19 Man's fate is like that of the animals; the same fate awaits them both: As one dies, so dies the other. All have the same breath a man has no advantage over the animal. Everything is meaningless.20 All go to the same place; all come from dust, and to dust all return". (Ecclesiastes3:19,20) The "spirit" that makes animals live is the same as that which makes humans live. When this "spirit," or invisible life-force, goes out, both man and beast return to the dust from which they were made.

Ecclesiastes 9:5 - 11
5 For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten. 6 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun.
7 Go, eat your food with rejoicing and drink your wine with a good heart, because already the [true] God has found pleasure in your works. 8 On every occasion let your garments prove to be white, and let oil not be lacking upon your head. 9 See life with the wife whom you love all the days of your vain life that He has given you under the sun, all the days of your vanity, for that is your portion in life and in your hard work with which you are working hard under the sun. 10 All that your hand finds to do, do with your very power, for there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in She´ol, the place to which you are going.
11 I returned to see under the sun that the swift do not have the race, nor the mighty ones the battle, nor do the wise also have the food, nor do the understanding ones also have the riches, nor do even those having knowledge have the favor; because time and unforeseen occurrence befall them all.

I believe...
Hebrews 9:27-28
27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
Grace and Peace!

How many times are you gonna ask this question? I think you are trying to get everyone to answer your questions so you don't have to read the Bible......Sorry, but I am getting tired of answering the same ole questions, when you can read the Bible. Not trying to be mean or anything like that, but I am serious. Read the Bible

Scripture is clear. First the grave Second The judgment, Third, the resurrection. either with the just, at the Messiah's second coming, or with the wicked 1000 years later. (you aren't there for the judgment, you are judged out of the books. But judgment is a necessary precondition, it has to happen before the resurrection.)

If going to church and the Bible isn't enough for you, read the book 90 Minutes in Heaven. It's mostly about a Christian man (Don Piper) who died and went to heaven for 90 minutes, and was then revived and brought back to Earth. Hopefully this will answer your questions.

I will return to the ground from which mankind was made. (Genesis 3:19; Ecclesiastes 3:20) My thought processes will all cease to exist, because thinking is accomplished through the brain, which ceases to function at death. (Ecclesiastes 9:5) I will lie in the ground until God, through Jesus Christ, brings me back to life. (Job 14:10, 12, 14, 15; John 5:28, 29)

I believe that when I die I will go back to the Source. To my Creator. I don't pretend to know all the answers to the afterlife...no one knows that.
But I firmly believe that when I die, my soul/spirit will return to the Great Spirit. What comes next...I don't know...Blessings!
