It's sweet that you are concerned about your sister, but wanting to "change her life" is a pretty tall order and I don't know that it's possible. Just try to be nice to her even when she isn't being so nice. A soft answer turns away wrath.

itll be hard but make sure she almost dies, that way you can save her.
that or being a little sister, its effective when im being all pms bitchy if my brother just says "i love you,care about you, and im not going to argue with you." not matter how hard it is on him it still makes me shut up and appreciate that hes there for me.^_^

you cant change HER. Talk to oa parent or a trusted adult about your issues. maybe therapy wiht you and your sister might work.
