You can safely lose about 1-2 pounds a week. Otherwise, if you lose any more, you'll just gain it all back and more. Check out www.weightwatchers.com to learn how to lose weight safely and keep it off. Oh, and it's "lose" not "loose."

You don't want to. There is no quick fix, you've got to want it bad enough to change your diet long term and get into a normal and healthy exercise routine. Losing that much weight in that amount of time is not only unrealistic, it's unhealthy. Make much more manageable goals for yourself, like 10 pounds a month. Pretty much everything you'll read in those teen girly magazines are garbage quick-fixes that won't give you the long term results you really want and need. If you want the change to be long lasting, you've got to put in the time and the effort. I know a great website where you can monitor your food intake and daily exercise levels. Check it out, and get a free account so you can keep up with yourself. It also has some great ideas for physical activity.

Your goal should not be to lose 50 pounds in such a short span of time... that would be extremely unhealthy, unless you are MORBIDLY obese and are having gastric bypass surgery or something similar. Restrict your diet to no fewer than 1200 calories, and with these calories eat HEALTHY, nutritious foods, such as high fiber whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats (i.e. a little avocado, olive oil...,) fresh fruits and vegetables, low-fat dairy... you get the idea. Also, try and get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise 5 days a week, and you should be set for some healthy weight loss. Talk with your doctor before starting any serious diet/exercise regimen. Goood Luck

50 lbs in one month is impossible. 2 months would be pretty much losing a pound a day and that would be a diet of nothing. Absolutely nothing... with intensive exercise and drinking tons of water... maybe eat an apple a week. This kind of diet is not good for you and you WILL gain the weight back.

It's not "loose" it's "lose." You can not lose that much weight in two months. Try the Atkin's Diet, with your doctor's approval. If you lose weight slowly, you stand a better chance of keeping it off. Losing up to three pounds a week is realistic. Drink lots of water daily, it will help flush out the impurities in your body.

This is totally unrealistic and unhealthy! To keep weight loss off, you need to lose it slowly (@ 2 pounds/week maximum). The first week you can lose more since you lose water weight first. I recommend you read a few healthy diet plans and see which one will work for you. It is a change in lifestyle that keeps the weight off, not a diet.
Best wishes. Been there.

YOU CAN MSYBE LOSE 20 POUNDS THE HEALTHY WAY IN 2 MONTHS. SO YOU ARE LOOKING AT ABOUT 4.5MONTHS IF YOU WORK YOUR BOOTIE OFF.
LIKE 5 DAYS A WEEK FOR 1 HR AT THE GYM. BUT START OFF WITH ONLY 3 DAYS A WEEK FOR THE FIRST MONTH AND SLOWLY WORK YOUR WAY UP.
ALSO REMEMBER, HEALTHY HEALTHY FOODS.
IF YOU DONT DRINK SODAS OVER A SPAN OF A YEAR YOU CAN LOSE UP TO 12 POUNDS BY UST DOING THAT.
LOTS OF WATER AND DIET GREEN TEA ARE PROVEN TO HELP LOSE WEIGHT TOO.
GOOD LUCK AND REMEMBER

I believe there are drugs out there that can do it. But regardless of how you do it, it's not safe or healthy to loose that much that quickly, ever. A healthy amount is a couple of pounds a week, tops.
