My dad is 51 years old,and from the years i known him,he has been going to goodwills...fleamarkets...and drive a car that costed $700 bucks..but today..he suddenly goes out and buys a 2008 Honda Accord..? Wtf?? what is wrong??

Sounds like he's been saving his money for something he really wanted. That's how it was done in the olden days, you saved up to buy something you really wanted.

Perhaps he doesn't have to support you any more and do without and he's celebrating. It gets really old living your life for other people and sometimes you just have to do something for yourself. Be happy for him.
