he just says he don't want a relationship. but, he is in a relationship with someone else. he has just never ended what we have. i dont understand why. is it possible he really wants me but is with her for material reasons(big house,travel etc.)?
it seems if he was really in love with her he would not have passionate sex with me? is it possible he likes her more but our sex is better?

Oh, honey, he's using you. And he's lying to her. No, he doesn't really want you, that's why he says he doesn't want a relationship. Even if she wasn't there, he still wouldn't have a relationship with you, he'd just find someone else. He will always be juggling multiple women, he is not capable of being faithful. End this, because it's useless and it will never go anywhere. Find someone you can have a relationship with, not just sex when he feels like it.
