Is the Remington sps symmetrical? Whats the difference between the left and right hand 700 models if any besides for the bolt location. Because if they gun is the same on the left and right side, and just the bolt is on the right for right hand models I dont mind that at all.

I shoot left handed and never bothered buying a left handed bolt rifle becuase it's a mirror image of the right side and i've mastered using a right handed bolt while shooting lefty. Left handed ones are actually weird to hold if you're use to RH bolts, you should go and look at one and try it out just hold it out and slid the bolt you'll notice you still do the same things as you would when shooting left handed with a righty.

It's all the same. The bolt is just placed opposite.

It only matters if the right hand stock has a cheek piece or is canted and you try to shoot it left handed. You won't be looking through the scope properly.

I don't have one, but I assume it would eject to the left, requiring a left handed bolt.

No, the lefty version is a complete mirror image of the right-handed version.
