OMG! I would leave that one alone, if he's that old and still with mommy, what makes you think, if ya'll got into a relationship deeply, that you would'nt end up being his new mommy? Most men that I know of left home a long time ago because they wanted to be on there own and take care of themselves. Believe me, you do not want a mommys baby!

A loser? No way. He's on the right track. Move in there with him.
My only advice to you is not to take his stapler...you'll probably regret it.

you THINK he's a loser!!?? I think deep down you KNOW something is wrong otherwise you wouldn't be posting this....

Don't you deserve better than that? Don't you want a self-driven man with motivation and goals? Or would you prefer to settle for someone who never accomplishes anything unless he absolutely has to?

A 35 year old man should WANT to be on his own....open your eyes!!

well he might not be a loser maybe he has a very good reason for living with him mom at his age!!!!!!!!! have you asked him why he still lives with her?

some people just feel comfortable living at home, and maybe they are saving their money towards buying their own place or buying a new car or whatever!
also maybe his mom is not in good health and he is staying there to help her out!

mabye she needs his money to live on!
there could be lots of reasons why!

i am 32 yrs old and i still live at home with my parents, i never moved out because its cheaper to live at home, and i was helping my parents out with money towards the household as they needed it, and they were not in good health a lot of the time and they relied heavily on me to help them cook, shop, drive them places, etc.

but i do look forward to moving out and living on my own as soon as i am in a good enough sitution finacially to do so.

just because he lives at home

maybe he hasent found it comfortable
to live alone
or maybe hes saving his money
instead of spending it on a apartment
