I mean... they have to get in arguments and all, its funny. If their god was the true god then he wouldnt need people to debate for him. Oh well... the ancient people gave up their gods... and nothing happened ... the current God will also be lost in time

I suppose lol
But the ancient people believed in their gods even more than most of you and look what happened... they also claimed to experience the same miracles...

Too say that the 'debate is settled in my mind' would mean that you know what I believe, which you dont... there is no debate... just a bunch of funny answers proving my point... if some one doesnt believe in your god, just leave them...

I like your question.
The reason for this is because they think they know Him and think that He knows them. So because of this they go into some swoon thinking they have better knowledge than the other person. But God just sit there and laughs at them Psalms 2.
You see it is only when they come through the sheep gate that they will become His very own children, and will know all things. But they have come another way and He calls them, robbers and thieves. This other way is only the blood on the Cross, and they by doing this in their ignorance despise His righteousness found in the water and the Spirit (John 3:5) (1 John 5:6-12). Therefore they have to recover the true original gospel before it is to late. Just contact me....

There is no debate.....
God is real and alive.....and the most sincerest and wisest of people and atheists have tried to prove that God does not exist later to find themselves ignorantly wrong.
Ever heard of C.S. Lewis for example?? Check it out.....eh!
But if one will choose not to learn about truth or fact....they too will remain ignorant and blind to it and later to find themselves wrong. Just don't wait too long....life is brief as we know it. We have eternal souls/spirits and it would be great to see everyone reading this in heaven someday with the One who made all of this and who loves all of us despite our own ignorance at times throughout life.
Read Ephesians 2:8,9 or John 3:16, Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23, Romans 5, 6, 7, 8...and if you don't believe in the historical validity of the Bible itself....or external evidences to prove its validity and reliability...then read some books to show you how it is truly "inspried" by God....or God-breathed!
There is a reason it is called the Holy Bible!!!

Excuse me, but there are still people out there that believe in the ancient gods of old.
Many of the ones who did give up their old gods didn't go quietly either.

To serve God like He asked me to. To benefit those who are seeking Him. Not those who are not seeking Him.
Which is why I am answering this question.
I know that you have the debate settled in your mind, but this answer is not for you. It's for the service I give to God. and those who are seeking Him.

Belief in a Higher Power has infuences so much and so many throughout the ages, and it might not even exist. I'd say it was a huge topic worthy of debate.

Hopefully not. he won't be lost in those who believe in him. I mean some people debate about God and that is sometimes a good thing cause people need to relieze that their is a real God and we need to stand up for Him cause he stands for us.

It's entirely based on faith. There is no proof of God... and thats rather the point. Thus Arguments are conducted.
