Hey, so I am a 21 year old male who feels fairly normal. I'm not particularly healthy, but I'm not unhealthy. I'm an average height and weight. My diet is an average diet for a 21 year old. I guess that the only things out of the ordinary for me is that I suffer from a little exma on my hands every now and then and I guess I get the common cold a little more then most people. I have heard many people suggest that it's a good idea to take some natural tablets daily, such as multi-vitamin tablets, fish oil tablets, calcium talbets, etc, etc. I would like to be healthier then I am, are there any suggestions to tablets and how many of them that I should take daily to make me to be healthier then I am? Is it unealthy to take more then 3 or 4 different kinds of natural tablets daily?

Take 3 multi-vitamins per day; one with each meal. One multi per day is just enough to keep you from getting sick. If you want to have strong health, take 3. After a few months, you will notice your hair growing in thicker and your fingernails are stronger.

Most people are deficient in chromium and magnesium, so these are also good supplements. Co-Q10 will strengthen your heart muscle. When someone has a heart attack, his doctor will recommend taking vitamin E. Don't wait for the heart attack. Start now to keep your health.

Vitamin C is also very good. It is thought that larges does of C might thwart cancer. The excess C coats receptors that might otherwise make a bed for the growth of tumors. Start with 500mg per day. After 6 months double the dose.

We need supplements because our bodies do not absorb all the nutrients in our food, and the food does not contain all of the nutrients we need for good health and longevity. You are wise to get an early start and get ahead of the game. After the damage is done, we can't undo it.

Just eat healthier. More fruits and vegetables. Drink more water and exercise. There is no magic cure in a bottle. You can find everything you need in your grocery store, and not by the pharmacy.

In fact, some of those things do more harm than good. More vitamins and minerals are not found in capsule form. They are mixed with calcium (not the digestable kind) and other things so that they can be consumed. The extra stuff just passes through your system, leaving unhealthy residue. You want to be healthier, eat healthier and exercise.
