Not sure what you want here, but I will try. I know the recitation of the Rosary has been changed and it's now called the Chaplets. Perhaps another person will further provide an explanation for that.

But when I learned to recite the Rosary, the crucifix was held while the Apostle's Creed is recited. The first bead above the cross is held while the Lord's prayer is said. The Hail Mary prayer is repeated three times, with each recitation representing the next three beads. The "Glory Be To The Father" is said after the Hail Marys. The fingers then move to the next single bead and the Lord's prayer is repeated, followed by a repeat of 10 Hail Marys, and then followed by a "Glory Be" The rosary has 5 sets of beads, and it's just a matter of repetition. When all the prayers are said, the medal is held while the "Hail Holy Queen" to the Virgin Mary prayer is said, and the rosary prayers are concluded.

Please don't misunderstand that the prayers mean that you are worshipping Mary. Prayers to Mary are only asking Her to help you reach God. This is a great misconception that people have with Catholics. They do not worship the Saints or anyone else besides God. They use them to reach God, much as you would use a lawyer to petition the court.
