i like drinking green tea cause it makes me feel relaxed. does it actually help relieve stress?

Herbal teas like peppermint or chamomile will help relieve stress. Any warm drink is relaxing, but I'd stay away from caffeinated. Try decaf green tea (yes, green tea has caffeine).

Well, it has been said that green teas help remove stuff from the body, while black teas keep stuff in, so I'd go with any kind of green tea to remove stress, then once you are chilled out black tea to keep your chillness in...

I drink tea and it helps me relax. It calms me down. I love tea.

well if you find it relaxing then yes, it is relieving stress. Anything enjoyable can relieve stress.

It makes me need to pee...An ice cold beer...now then I'm relaxed...But if tea makes you relaxed...Drink up!!!

I know tea has caffinee like coffee, it makes me jumpy
