ohkay so it all starts out with me and my brother.
im 15. hes 16.
he tells me not to "mess around" or date any of his friends.
but something happened.
i had a little crush on one of his friends.
but i didnt know he liked me too.
and the other day we kissed.
i didnt want it to happen, it just did.
BUT now, im over him.
but he told me that he REALLY likes me and wants to be with me., he is pretty serious
so i told him that it wouldnt work out because of my brother.
but hes like it WILL work out, if we really want it to and that he will talk to my brother.
but it will just make things worse.
should i just tell him that i dont like him as much as he likes me? i dont want to hurt his feelings though.

Yes. Better to be up-front and honest with him now, than to give him false hopes.

Tell, him this "I really like you, but not more than friend. The kiss we had was something special, but I think this is the better for the both of us." Don't tell him about how you're brother, didn't want to be part of this, because then he will not be friends with your brother any more, and that will be your fault.

Hope this helps, and good luck.

Tell him how you feel about him. It will take time for him to get over it and it might hurt his feelings, yes but you will be telling the truth. Tell him the truth is important.
Tell your brother that you can have feelings about his friends sometimes and that is normal. Someday you might find your true love and they might be your brother's friend
Good luck in life and love.
