I like this one, but you can use your wn words. God KNOWS your heart and mind!

"Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. Now talk to God freely, read his love letter, the Bible, and seek one-on-one teaching from a respected Christian mentor. When you are ready, His "great commission" is to go and tell the good news to others.

There is no right way to begin a prayer, as long as it's social time between you and God it doesn't matter. I'm glad you want to know more of Him. I like to pray when I'm most relaxed, or as soon as something comes to mind. Just speak what you want to say. Don't think it has to be some 'fancy', "Of heavenly Father" prayer. I like to say "Sup, Lord?" Kinda stupid, but it's how I start.

If not, then say an "Act of Contrition". In which you are TRULY sorry for having offended the LORD. God bless.

The existence of jesus is doubtful (I assume you mean christ and not the mexican gardener named jesus).

There is no evidence of his existence and the fact that nobody wrote anything about him while he was alive in spite of all the miracle that he reportedly performed, indicates that he never existed
