We met online and did talk dirty I must admit.
We met again 2 years later and he said he has been looking for me since, but he rarely calls or texts me.
He is always saying that he thinks I am not attracted to him, or that I don't like him, but he can be too touchy feely for me sometimes and I told him I like to talk things slow. Again he says he thinks that I am not attracted or like him.
He has also asked me to start watching sports with him, talks about us in the summer, blah lbha blah
I wanted to test him so I asked him to sleep with me, he said "maybe someday".
We haven't fooled around or anything.

Touchy-Feely and then turns down sex?? Hmmmmm.
Either he's respecting your earlier wish to take things slow, or he's moved into the power position thinking you are desperate.
If he regularly meets other on-line women (meaning you are one of many) then, his experience with them might be that if they haven't bedded him by a certain time, they aren't interested. In that case, he's playing you. But, at least you won't get his herpes, or other incurable diseases if you never go too far.
Try to forget that you asked him to bed. Continue with him as you did before you asked him (get back to being yourself). Maybe your asking him has cemented the fact that you're interested, into his head. That's all that is needed for now. You are different from the others he has encountered and you are self-improving. Those are great pluses. Still--

He doesn't seem very interested it';s like he's pushing you away so you can dump him.He might want you to dump him because he doesn't want to deal with the drama and tears he'd get if he dumped
