doctor patient privledge says it's illegal for the doctor to tell anyone, unless your a minor your parents have to know

For most procedures, you will need someone to accompany you home and be available for you for at least the first day. You can hire a nurse to do that, though.
The plastic surgeon's office where I work is great at keeping things confidential. Permission is required to tell anybody anything, and they even keep track of what phone numbers are OK to call and which are not.
If you're planning on having a procedure, talk to your plastic surgeon about it. They probably have a protocol in place.

no you can keep it just between you and your doctor but you depending on the procedure you will probaby want some one to be there for you when you come out of the surgery. you will be in a lot of pain during recovery so you might want some one to help take of care you. and you will need some one to drive you home. so you will need mabye one other person to know.

u mite aswell tell them anyway because if they dont notice it after then it was a waste of money even tho plastic surgery is a wast anyway unless it NEEDS to be doneotherwise vien
